The Pen is Mightier... or The Write Stuff! The Charge of the WRITE Brigade Across The Curriculum

An Integrated, Interdisciplinary, Thematic Unit To Teaching Writing Across The Curriculum Students should spend time writing in a variety of forms - letters, stories, and short informal essays. Writing reinforces the fact that language has meaning and gives students opportunities to develop a personal voice and style upon which they can reflect. This unit will provide authentic and purposeful writing experiences as students write across the curriculum.
