During warm weather picking 2-day shipping is your best option at keeping turtles from melting. If they do melt just pop them back in the fridge and, while mishapen, they will be just as good as before.    Ingredients:Pecans, Caramel (Sugar, Goat Milk, Butter, Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup, Sea Salt), Dark Chocolate, Coconut Oil, Sea Salt Shelf life: a couple weeks on the counter in an air-tight container, a month in the fridge, months in the freezer
