The underskirt is velvet, with a red front that is covered with red/gold lace...and trimmed with Venice gold lace. The detachable overskirt has a chiffon ruffled train and a 2nd overskirt that has drawstrings in back. Both have ruffles and the top one is trimmed with gold Venice trims.
