Small Purple Drusy Quartz Sculpture

Drusy quartz is well known for its healing properties.  Drusy, druse, drusy quartz is a semi-precious gemstone that's made up of many small crystals that form on the surface of a quartz-based mineral. The crystals create a sparkling, sugar-like appearance.  The natural color of most Drusy is white to clean.  This sculpture is color enhanced using a vapor and heat process. How to clean color enhanced drusy?  Use a soft bristle paintbrush or toothbrush to remove dust.  Do not immerse this specimen in water.  Doing so will cause the color to run.  Measures approximately 2.5 inches tall by 2 inches wide.
