Daredevil #170 Newsstand (1981) (VF-) 1st Kingpin in Series Frank Miller

  Kingpin's wife, Vanessa, is sent to hire lawyers Nelson and Murdock. Kingpin wants to betray other crime bosses and has a bounty on his head. Daredevil confronts Turk and learns about the bounty. Meanwhile, Kingpin is practicing judo when his wife and an attorney arrive. They plan to clear his name and earn money. Later, Bullseye is acquitted and hired by crime lords to kill Kingpin. Daredevil tries to stop this, but ends up in a dangerous situation. Kingpin arrives and promises retaliation if anything happens to his wife.
