It’s still 100% extra-virgin, but made with mid-harvest olives that give it a more mellow flavor. Grown and processed from native Picual olives in Jaen, Spain. Harvested in October, before the olives have ripened fully. Picked by hand because young olives need a firm yank to loosen up. Luckily their stubbornness only makes us love them more. Glass bottles are fully opaque to keep your delicious olive oil super fresh. Features a *fancy* removable pop-up spout for easy pouring, recycling, and refilling.
