Raw Honey

We LOVE beekeeping at Root & Roux! We have our own bees, we are the only ones who check on them and we only harvest a small batch once in the Spring and once in the Fall. We leave enough for the bees to feed on and just take enough for them to make room for more. We do not use ANY chemicals, the bees LOVE our flower farm and all of the wild orange trees, clover, bluebonnets and everything else that grows wild on our property. We do not heat or pasteurize the honey, the combs are hand scraped and filtered through a sieve to catch any bee legs or debris from the hive, and we pour directly into the jars.
