Our CLA softgel capsules provide an all natural source of conjugated linoleic acid from safflower oil. CLA may be utilized to support a healthy metabolism, as well as for increased muscle retention. It may also be an excellent adjunct in a weight management program, as it has been demonstrated to help reduce body fat mass, and to increase or maintain lean body mass. Ingredients Conjugated Linoleic Acid (from safflower oil). Each CLA capsule provides a 50:50 ratio of C18:2 c9, t11 and C18:2 t10, c12, the two active isomers.  Capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, water and caramel color).  This product is gluten and dairy free.
