Take it as soon as you feel the first signs of a cold or flu coming on. Symptoms this formula addresses may include relatively high acute-onset fever, headache, painful sore throat**, thirst/dry throat, and dry cough. IMPORTANT: This formula has to be taken within 24-48 hours of the onset of the symptoms for it to be effective. After that, different formulas should be used depending on how the presentation of symptoms changes.  ** my personal favorite formula for this is Andrograhis formula (Chuan Xin Lian Tang), which can be used concurrently with Yin Qiao if necessary. Maintenance Serving: Dissolve 1-2 droppers (1/2 tsp.) in warm water or juice 2-3 times daily.
