Red D'Anjou Pear Tree

D'Anjou Pears are large and the flesh is white. and juicy.  It is a naturally sweet pear, red in color. The pear stores very well. The best flavor is realized when stored 1-2 months. The tree is very hardy, large and highly productive. The tree requires cross pollination with Bartlett or any other pear with the same bloom period. Pear typically do not ripen on the tree- pick several weeks before peak maturity to ripen off tree.
