This sitz bath is blended with all organic ingredients to promote healing and comfort postpartum. To brew pour 1/2 gallon of boiling water over 1 cup of the herbs. Steep for 4-8 hours, strain and add to a hip level bath and soak for 20 to 30 minutes.
