This antique English Banded Mochaware quart jug, made circa 1860, is a remarkable piece of historical craftsmanship. Featuring "QUART" printed underglaze, it also bears a watermark under the lettering, dating it to Queen Victoria's reign and certifying its weight measurement, as required for measures in 19th century England.
