The Diaper Cover/Panties are handmade by me. They are made with quality fabric and come highly recommended by users! Diapers have no tail hole -- but if you need one, just let me know. I use elastic in leg holes and Velcro around the waist so they are adjustable and will fit your Frenchie/Bulldog comfortably. This diaper cover is customizable, so if you don't see exact measurements, please choose the closest to your dog's size, then email me exact measurements.
