Because of the nature of a border print the skirt is a gathered skirt and NOT a circle skirt, so while it has some twirl it doesn't have the same twirl effect as a circle skirt. ***This is a preorder, normal turnaround time is approximately 14 weeks. Due to the ongoing pandemic shipping has been unpredicatable and I always update on our facebook page when fabrics arrive and when they are being sewn up. All items are sewn in a pet and smoke free studio.
