The first is a staple from Cajamarca, a washed Peru, and the second is one of our favorite coffees for us this year. Kanzu a washed Rwanda. Our roasting team chose to blend these two distinct coffees together in order to provide a delicate cup with a flavor profile that compliments the spring season. The washed processed coffee from Peru presents bold aromatics and prominent sweetness, qualities that are complemented by the more delicate floral and stone-fruit notes that come from the washed processed Rwandan. . TASTING NOTES: Citrus, Floral, Honey ROAST LEVEL: Light Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as a pour over.
