ABOUT: This washed processed Rwanda Kanzu Lot, hailing from theNyamasheke region, is a remarkable coffee known for its distinctive flavorprofile and high-quality characteristics. This coffee is cultivated in the richvolcanic soils of the Nyungwe Forest, benefiting from the region's optimalclimate and elevation. This lot is predominantly composed of Bourbonvariety beans, contributing to its bright acidity and sweet, fruity notes. Themeticulous processing methods employed by local farmers, such asshaded raised beds for forty days and careful sorting, enhance thecoffee's overall quality. Additionally, purchasing coffee from the Kanzu Lot not only offers a delightful sensory experience but also supports thesustainable practices of local farmers in the Nyamasheke region as this lotis from a smallholder producer.
