ABOUT: Solstice is a seasonal offering that combines two single varietal lots from Colombia … The first is a Washed processed lot of Palmera, and the second is Co-Ferment process lot of multiple varieties from our friends at El Vergel. Our roasting team chose to blend these two distinct coffees in order to present a rich cup with a flavor profile that compliments the season. The Co-Ferment processed Colombian coffee is responsible for dynamic fruit notes and intense sweetness, which are complemented perfectly by the unique aromatics and rich qualities of the washed lot from Colombia. TASTING NOTES: Dark Chocolate, Mulling Spice, Hibiscus ROAST LEVEL: Dark Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as espresso. We have been tasting rich dark chocolate, some delightful spices and a hint of hibiscus florals. Like with all of our coffees, enjoy it how you like it!
