Region: Sidama, EthiopiaProcess: NaturalVariety: 74158Elevation: 2,300 maslWe Taste: White Peach, Muscat Grape, Blueberry, Jasmine We saved our favorite natural Ethiopian coffee from the 2023/2024 harvest for last!  Nguisse Nare grows cherry on his 10 hectare farm and collects cherry from about 60 of his neighbors and processes them. He first floats the cherry to remove defects and then slowly dries them for around 20 days. This lot is incredibly clean, floral, and complex.  We first heard of Nguisse through the stories of a highly lauded coffee of his. However, that coffee mysteriously disappeared and was lost in the logistics of its transit from Ethiopia to the US.
