We have carried his coffees in the cafe from various roasters since we opened, and Bow had the opportunity to first roast his coffee in 2019 during his time at Hex. Luis’s coffee was also the first coffee we served in the cafe that was roasted under our own name. Needless to say, his coffees are deeply intertwined into our journey in coffee and we’re thankful to offer this lot from him this year. This particular lot is an approachable coffee that we could drink day in and day out. It has a soft, pleasant acidity that reminds us of golden raisins and clementine and a sweetness that reminds us of maple syrup, nougat, and milk chocolate.
