His primary income comes from growing coffee, and he takes great pride in his bourbon varieties. Puno is a fairly difficult region to work in and we've had relatively few coffees from there, however, the quality potential for coffee is incredibly high.  With Gregorio's coffee being the first one from Puno on our own menu, we're especially excited to share it.
