18 Tabs per sheet. A nail Guard is a protective film that acts as a barrier between the dip powder, gel polish, acrylics, press on, nail polish and your nail. It facilitates the removal process and it protects your natural nails.  To apply:  Wash your hands, sanitize and clean up your cuticle area. Make sure you nail bed is clean of residues and oils.  Apply Superior Protein Primer or Regular Primer. Avoid the edges and cuticle areas.  Select the size you will apply to a particular nail and remove it off the tab.  Peel off the back and carefully remove the protective film.  Apply to your nail and remove the other side of the protective film.  Cut and file off the excess. Apply your dip or gel base. Tip: Apply the nail guard one at a time as you go on with your process, if you touch the glue or if it becomes contaminated in some way it might lose its effectiveness and cause premature lifting.  To remove: No buffing and no acetone are required.
