Pecans ship within a week of harvest. Not every pecan is harvested at the same time, and some pecan varieties are ready later in the winter than others. Once your pecans ship, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your Texas fresh pecans! You can trust that we will send the highest quality pecans we've picked out with our years of experience. We can't wait to deliver our always fresh pecans to you.  We grow ten different varieties in the orchard, but not every variety is available for sale in the retail store. Please select your preferred variety from the drop down menu. If we do not have the variety you are looking for, we do not anticipate carrying it in our retail store this season.
