Part Number  823 GU 7/8 inch Door Handle Extension 3/4 inch Includes new Split Shaft choose size for your door (handle sets NOT included)  This 3/4 inch extension only works on GU handle sets that have  7/8 inch lever hole see pictures for examples to compare with your handle set. If your faceplate lever hole is smaller these extensions with  NOT work.
