80 Hour Alcohol Drug Test

This urine test checks for recent exposure to alcohol. If your specimen initially tests positive, it will be confirmed before the result is reported. EtG may be present in the urine for up to 80 hours after ethanol ingestion. EtS may be detectable for 24 hours or more after ingestion. These times depend on the cutoff used for the test and the patient’s metabolic rate and the time and duration of alcohol exposure.
