The protection of intellectual and sensitive information is increasingly important as criminals, competitors, hostile governments, hackers, activist groups, disgruntled employees, and terrorists seek to gather information in order to disrupt, embarrass or harm people, activities, business interests and reputations. The purpose of this leadership training is designed to raise awareness of the risks associated with both intellectual and sensitive information, and how management teams can build sensible and appropriate protective measures. The course ensures management teams understand their responsibilities and how processes work, and to then codify these best practices in policies, plans and protocols.
