Course Overview: The “Stability and Ballast Control for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units” Course is a prerequisite for a Offshore Installation Manager, Barge Supervisor, or Ballast Control Operator license for personnel working on Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODU).
