Mill Finish Louvers Mill finish (raw aluminum) radiator louvers can be run in their natural finish or they can be anodized, painted or power coated without having to remove any surface finish.  As with all of our louvers, they were designed to be used in conjunction with our shrouds for maximum cooling efficiency.
