Here at Rubato Coffee Lab, we could not be more excited for what we have created in Velvet. Sourced from Indonesia, we have found our roast of Velvet provides a unique and complex coffee when roasted to medium+. We find undertones of blackberry, pipe tobacco, dark chocolate, and cedar.  Velvet gives a feeling of nostalgia, like sitting around a comfortable table with the people we love reminiscing over times past. We hope with trying Velvet, you will find a unique experience and cherish it as much as we do.  Origin: Indonesia  Process: Semi-washed
