Hooked Open Tulip Rowing Blade & Wire Wrapping Bracelet by Rubini Jewelers

Sterling Silver. Bracelet has a slightly rough finish.  Blade is 1 1/3" long and 3/4" wide. Cuff part is a double hammered round wire- 5mm wide together and 3mm thick.  Wire wrapping is ~18mm long.
