Harvest Moon is the full moon nearest to the Autumn Equinox. It symbolizes abundance and gratitude; this was mostly due to farmers having extra light to harvest their crops and gather and celebrate abundance. I think it's still a great thing to celebrate; gratitude and abundance in our lives. I like to think of this bar as a reminder to notice; what am I grateful for today? Where in my life am I abundant?
