Triple Mint Loose Leaf Herbal Tea
This special blend of spearmint, lemon balm, and peppermint was made with the intention to support you in the cold, dark winter days. Typically in the winter, we slow down (as we should) but that may mean we are not moving as much, not drinking as much water, eating denser foods, etc. This may cause some stagnancy not only energetically but also physically within our immune system and our gut health. Herbs in the mint family are known to be great allies for our gut health and also for supporting mental clarity- easing brain fog and improving alertness. This tea is great really all day but could be especially supportive after a large meal; in the afternoon or after dinner. Ingredients: *Spearmint, *Lemon Balm, *Peppermint *ORGANIC Directions: Steep 1 tablespoon of loose-leaf tea in 2 cups of hot water for 8-10 minutes. Sweeten to your liking with honey if preferred.
