Our Mickey and Friends dress has a round neckline, and the perfect ruffle straps and hem line, finished with the perfect tie bow for the perfect statement piece.  Elastic only on back of waistline.  Bloomer included for sizes 6 months- 6T TURNAROUND: Once READY TO SHIP RTS is sold out, MADE TO ORDER (MTO)  turnaround is 2 wks. Fit: Runs true to size  Made from cotton. Top and skirt fully lined with cotton & tulle in skirt.  Care: wash in cold water & hang dry or tumble dry on low.
