Named for Citroën's beloved 2CV, affectionately known as l'escargot en étain, the "Tin Snail", this coffee is a robust blend of coffees from five growing regions where the "Tin Snail" faithfully served farmers for many years. Roasted to a dark ("French") roast this coffee serves up a complex palate of flavors: fruit, brown sugar, chocolate, cedar and the earthiness typical of coffees from the southeastern Pacific. This is our signature blend.
