Letters Lost to Irony

This piece reflects the initial stages of releasing a lost love through journaling. Swirling gray and black forms symbolize the chaos of unprocessed emotions, while the stark black band represents the weight of lingering pain. Mechanical pencils, rigid and protruding, embody the tension of holding on, each one a testament to words left unsaid. The lingering brush of spackle represents the slight struggle of release, illustrating the first steps of confronting sadness and anger before clarity begins to emerge.
