This tutu minnie mouse theme set is very fluffy! The Top is made of 100% polyester or cotton. The polyester feels and looks exactly like cotton. The tutu skirt is made with multiple yards of tulle and it is full and fluffy! Eco friendly stretchy elastic is used on the waist band so that it will stretch a few more inches for the comfortable fit of your little ones. The length is proportionate to the size you ordered. Our tulle are higher quality, nonwrinkle, durable, tear resistant, tactile and tough, and slightly elastic.  This set is not ready to ship.
