Ā Delicious home-made style rum cake, made with both rum and real Italian Limoncello Liquor, fresh eggs, butter, sugar, lemons and flour. ItĀ is very moist and the Limoncello glaze gives it a tang! (No almonds). This rum cake has a 2 week shelf life. Do not refrigerate. If you are not going to eat it within the next few days, please cover and put in the freezer.
