Price:  $19.00/lb (Based On Finished Weight) Goats are raised seasonally at Rural Reverie, half goat orders must be received prior to the end of April and are fulfilled in October.  It's really very simple and going this route will save you about 10% over buying individual cuts.  We are full service and will guide you through the process.     Deposit:  $50.00 - This deposit secures your order, with the remainder due upon fulfillment in October.   Rural Reverie half goat orders are a great option for those who want specified cuts at a discounted rate.  Upon ordering, we deliver each animal to the butcher where it is custom processed per your cut sheet, and packaged by a USDA certified facility.  No orders are commingled. Half goat orders are $19.00 per pound.  The remainder due is calculated by the total amount of meat actually received (finished weight), not by hanging weight, plus any requested additional customization.
