Zhalo is a rapacious looking knife, also known as Scorpion because of the engraved one on the blade.  Grooved blade with hollow grind on one side and false edge on the other.  False blade is capable of chopping and crushing some bones, main blade will cut some wood and branches.  The blade will not deliver the thinnest cut for the cheese without some practice, yet it will cut meat and veggies just fine.
