Ingredient: Pork, Salt, Paprika, Flavoring, Sugar, Dextrose, Sodium Lactate, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Lactic Acid Starter Culture   Bende Brand Night Stick Sausage is actually the same recipe as Gyulai Kolbász Smoked Sausage, which is the signature dry sausage recipe that has been produced for over three generations, but stuffed into an easily peel-able fibrous casing. It is seasoned lightly with mile Hungarian Paprika, among other seasonings, and smoked over Hickory Wood smoke in two sessions. The sausage is then dried for about a week, then packaged.
