The VTS (Vintage Tone System) Sitka Spruce top has been thermally aged to cook out the sugars, effectively creating an aged top for a new guitar. This process also brings out a darker color in the top so no toner is needed in the finishing process. Hide glue construction throughout ensures maximum tonal transfer. The Sitka Top as well as the East Indian Rosewood back and sides are complimented nicely by the European Flamed Maple Binding. Abalone inlay runs along the top, back, sides, rosette, and fingerboard extension.
