Amid the thick haze of cigar smoke, Jimbo found himself pitted against the town’s most enigmatic millionaire, Tobias "Toby" Goldstein. As the night wore on, their hands went from bad to worse, but neither was willing to fold. To up the ante, Toby put forth a peculiar wager. "Jimbo, if you lose, you have to open a diner in that old, rickety spot at the corner of Elm Street," Toby said with a smirk. Jimbo gulped, eyeing the property Toby was pointing out through the window. It was an abandoned and dilapidated building that was once a speakeasy during the prohibition era.
