CD Box E (Black)

The CD Box E is the first CD player to join our E Series. Featuring a beautiful brushed and anodized aluminum faceplate (like our S, DS & RS players), it brings class & elegance to your hi-fi system & living space. The rest of the box is machined from a metal sheet which ensures you get a rigid chassis with protective properties from RF/EMI. Visually it is an homage to the original Pro-Ject CD Box- an older model that used the same type of enclosure with an aluminum faceplate. In contrast to DVD or Blu-ray disc players, a dedicated CD player is frequently better with playback of stereo CDs. With the CD Box E, you’ll get a true Red-Book CD drive in shock-proof mounting. The high-quality DAC offers high resolution and pristine sonics.
