We ship UPS ground and delivery time is based on your location. . Orders must be cancelled within (24) from purchase. After our (24) hour cancellation policy there is a 50% cancellation fee in order to cover our fees and materials that were purchased at the time of sale for your order. Once item is in production it cannot be cancelled. Orders can be revised or modified at any time,  up until they go into production.
