Shower Steamers/ Steam Pack

This product of perfect for relieving cold and flu symptoms such as head congestion and sinus pressure. Included is a 4 pack or menthol shower steamers. You just put one steamer in a hot shower out of direct contact with water and enjoy the steam and vapor of the menthol as you breath. Also included are 4 salt packets. Fill a pot about 1/3 of the way with water and bring it to a boil. Add one entire packet of mixed salts and oils. Lean over the pot and slowly breathe in the steam.
