The Eris E8 from Presonus, with a 8" Kevlar low-frequency transducer, contains a 75W, Class AB amplifier and 1-inch, silk-dome tweeter powered by a 65W, Class AB amplifier. The E8 has a clean 105 dB SPL peak and the frequency response is rated at 35 Hz to 22 kHz. This is a great studio monitor in this price class. Eris is the real deal.
