Guadalupe Valley Cilantro & Garlic Salsa

Wow! Is usually the first comment that a first-time taster of our Guadalupe Valley Cilantro Garlic Salsa makes. Most folks aren't accustomed to a nice little slap of perfectly roasted garlic in their salsa.  We add roasted tomatoes, serrano chiles, and some other secret ingredients to make this hands-down winner. Great with tortilla chips, or try it on roasted chicken or grilled or baked veggies. Moderately high heat. Ingredients: tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, calcium chloride, citric acid), tomato puree (water, tomato paste), onions, roasted serrano peppers, garlic, cilantro, salt, apple cider vinegar, dehydrated roasted minced garlic, spices.
