Magnetic Burn Indicator

RUTLAND Magnetic Burn Indicator monitors the performance of your wood- or coal-burning stove. At a glance, you will see the potential for creosote buildup. Indicates overheating or a low-temperature creosote buildup hazard. The heat-sensitive face will darken in color or the indicator may lose magnetism when exposed to unsafe temperatures. Magnetically attaches to a vertical, single-wall stove pipe. Recommended placement is not more than 6" above the surface of the stove.
