The new s5 Cloudhammer longsword is updated with a wooden scabbard and hilt wrapped in leather. It is made of a Taiwanese steel mill's variant of Hudson's super-durable s5, a shock steel used in jackhammers and high-impact die.  It is electro-slag remelted to bring it within Hudson's specs, and also reduce phosphorous, sulfur, and other undesirable elements. It has a bend tolerance of 60-70 degrees.
