The Obsidian Dragon from Phoenix Arms represents a premium level of quality from the forge, crafted from Orishigane in the traditional Tamahagane tradition and method. Featuring a natural Suguha Hamon, the blade is further enhanced with the addition of a dragon Horimono adorning the Omote side of the blade. The plated brass furniture reflects a dragon motif in copper and brass color relief. The hardwood crafted handle features authentic ray skin that is dyed black, with black silk Tsuka Ito on top and silver brass dragon Menuki underneath. The scabbard adds to the overall provenance of this piece with an intricate carving on each side. This truly is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece from the artisans at Phoenix Arms.
