Who says Tachi don't come in longer lengths?! The Jade Giant is here to prove them wrong! From the master bladesmiths at Phoenix Armory comes the Jade Giant, a must-have for any fan of historical Japanese weaponry. The blade is forged from T10 tool steel, providing a hard edge suitable for both hard targets like bamboo and soft targets such as Tatami mats. The blade is clay-tempered, providing a gorgeous natural Hamon temper line and has a full tang. The alloy fittings are in a court motif, adding to the prestige of this piece. The hardwood handle is wrapped in green synethic silk atop faux black ray skin. Matching is an emerald Saya, adorned with the chrysanthemum symbol used by the nobility.
